New Tower, New Talkgroups

Ok From what I've come up with... A New AWIN tower has been erected in the troop C area, I'm thinking poinsett county but I'm trying to confirm, It is on the control frequency of 772.18125, The alternate is 771.55625 It has been very active in the poinett county are, That's why I'm thinking that's where it is. I have also picked up some new Talkgroups off Hopewell tower today, They are 28306, 11100, 16201 (Possibly Greene County SO) and 34451 and it's Encrypted..

I finally heard the Site 174 tower tonight. I was getting Jonesboro PD on it, and just now got Poinsett County.

OK, is this from 174, or another new site? There are going to be nearly 20 new sites over the next year. At least 5 in Little Rock area alone. In fact, those should be up by now since Pulaski County agencies are showing up online.

We need folks to do some CC searches, and a LOT of Pro96Com, or Unitrunker, or T-88 running to get all the data.

TY, I am still searching for a license for the site, so I can add location and a name.... Anyone out there seen a new 200 to 400 foot tall tower pop up recently??? LOL.

Doing a licensee search on FCC for frequencies between 770 & 773 only yielded 3 hits.

I can't say that I have seen one listed like WPTZ801, covering a range of frequencies.

Currently all the Arkansas 700 MHz is covered under a blanket FCC Lic.... So can't get a location that way.. You all are going to have to do it the hard way. Someone will have to drive around till they find it ...

And now to be a pain in the rear: I need a magor favor....I need the Ft. Smith, and Lake City sites reverified because the frequencies listed are in an old allocation that has been changed as far as the ranges. So guys and gals, please reverify all the AWIN sites you can pick up, and do wildcard searches for NEW CC's and sites....

EDIT: LWIN, and MSWIN originally were under a blanket Lic, but now have individual sit lic's for a lot of the sites... Maybe AWIN will start doing this also.

851.1250 control and 851.375 alternate
Also the new 700 one I'm betting is in poinsett county because its hit and miss in Greene county.

I need at least an 24 hour run on Lake City to verify all the frequencies as they are used, and a full nieghbor list etc. Same with ALL the sites you can pick up. We need to get every site updated and correct.. Oh and over next couple of years there will be a total of 5 zones for the system. So as the new sites and Zone Controllers come online, and the changes take effect, we will be doing a lot of updating lol.

With a coming total of 5 zones, any chance that each zone would roughly match coverage with the 5 ADEM Districts (NE, NW, SE, SW & Cen) ?

I've been monitoring it all week, Hopewell, Lake City and the new one, i've been running P96com since Monday. All sites are as follows.. Associated with Lake City are the following Neighboring sites:

Also I have picked up 4 new Talkgroups.. They are as follows
