Hi Andy, I am using V65 of your TTD program and am having trouble with the software detecting more than one tone set. I have 4 different tone sets (all A-B tones) saved. The software has only been "detecting" the first tone set on the list. Any advice on how I might remedy this? Thanks, Josh

Is anyone else having trouble with iPhones all of a sudden not being able to play the AMR attachment? They are receiving the text, but where the play button normal would be is now a question mark. I have searched the net trying to find out if Apple has made some changes this week to their texting format but cannot find anything. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I also just started having problems along with some of my users, I'm thinking but haven't confirmed yet that all of us with problems on my system are sprint users. All the sudden a few days ago my attachments started coming in as "attachment.dms". I have been hoping that it will just start working properly again.

That's what my users are getting, "attachment.dms". And yes, so far appears to be Sprint users as well on my end. In the past year of me using TTD its seems that we have had the most issues with Sprint. We will see what happens.

Has anyone tried switching to an MP3?
I already had all of my people on mp3 except for my AT&T users. The weird part for me is that every once in a while like 1/10 times it will come through properly for me. I've also now found out that it's not an iphone problem since one that is having a problem is using a samsung galaxy.
Ok because I have several sprint users that have also stopped receiving the attached audio file

Still having sprint problems. I have tried signing up for sprint enterprise messaging gateway which people talked about in the past and that made no difference at all. I also found that using "#@plspictures.com" instead of "#@pm.sprint.com" will send the messages however they still are coming through as attachment.dms and unplayable.
Sending a single .mp3 file from my actual gmail account to sprint phone does work but for whatever reason when it sends the group message the attachment will not work.

I can forward the same TTD AMR text from my galaxy note 2 to an Iphone user and it will play for them, but still won't play their original text from TTD version 63. I now have one Android user on Sprint who is not able to play her AMR text anymore. It seems like it all started in the past two weeks. I registered my out going email address with Sprint Messenger months ago as suggested when the first of Sprint issues began this Spring. For me, it is still only Sprint users, Verizon, Boost and At&t are fine so far. I have began to enter these users emails which still works but we prefer the AMR text.

I too have been having problems for about 2 weeks with Sprint and Sending AMR messages. it seems that the MP3 is working but only get AMR about 1 in 3.
Regarding Sprint issues, has anyone tried to reduce the file size? Perhaps Sprint has enacted new max file sizes.
I have not tried reducing the size, but I do know I can send the exact same mp3 file as a message directly from Gmail and it works fine.

I can forward the exact same AMR from my galaxy to my wife's iPhone and it will play it just fine, but she cannot play it when it is sent direct to her phone from TTD.
If someone with a Sprint phone that's having issues can send me an email, I want to try sending a message to your phone using a slightly different header in the message to see if it helps. andyknitt@gmail.com

I haven't posted this version on the program page yet because I threw it together in a hurry and want to make sure it works before posting it there. Also let me know if it causes any issues with non-Sprint users.

I am going to update to the 65d today but was wondering will this fix sprint mp3 or just amr?
Well to answer my own question it appears to work correctly with mp3 files to sprint also. I will keep running to see if any bugs appear but so far so good.
