Have an early production SDS100 (one that came with the smaller battery) and used the included coupon to get the bigger battery. I also bought the charger cradle that came with an extra battery.

Recently checked the status of the batteries and they've held up remarkably well. Still in good shape and haven't experienced any "swelling" issues.
I never charged the battery in the radio. I did have a few bad batteries did swell up. I see amazon has the 100 battery door clip for 20 bucks. :unsure:

Good question, I'll ask UJE if it is possible. :unsure:
Jason, would it be possible to ask them if the usb C supports fast charging as well. I have usb c devices but some dont support fast charging or even charge at all. My car has those usb C ports to charge cell phones fast

Hopefully it will do a better job at decoding P25 Phase II. Some of the transmissions on my SDS100 despite having zero digital errors and a strong signal are very tough to decipher.

@jasonhouk
I see in this picture post of yours that it has a 7000mAh battery.... (y)

The large SDS100 battery = 5400mAh

Checked my notes from about a year ago:

Holding on a heavy traffic system (constant actvity)
Display at 40%
Vol = 5
Keyboard Light = off
7h, 5min till battery alarm alert (3200mV)

Estimated battery life at above conditions for a 7000mAh = 9.2h
Assuming same power consumption for the SDS150

Perhaps longer since that battery was several years old by that point.

Post #319 suggests battery life is similar to the SDS100. Meaning the SDS150 draws more current.
