Yesterday the only activity I observed on the aforementioned talkgroups was on 60450. From about 1200-1615 there were four SPD portables. No traffic from 1615-1630 (approx) and after 1630 one SPD mobile and 4 SPD portables different than previously seen. Speculation only as i know nothing of their shifts, is shift change. None of the radio IDs that I observed were on any other talkgroup.
