New user - attempting to add trunking system

Hi, new user of Uniden 325P2 - trying to add a radio system that is trunking. Cannot seem to make it work on handheld unit to program. We have a radio on this system and it doesn't seem to "find" it when scanning... any help would be appreciated.

Have you assigned System Quick Keys and are you sure they are enabled?

The second system doesn't show talkgroups, so that system will have to have ID Search turned on to discover talkgroups.

Are you programming by hand or using software and if so what type of software.

(A long time ago, Grand Forks PD used to use Stone's 800 system and when visiting family up there, I was able to monitor it with my scanner - the previous version of the 325 P2. A lot of farm traffic was on it, especially during beet harvest. So I'm sure we can get you going.)
