ive loaded conv freqs in to radio
i somehow enabled 3 search searches
1 news
2 marine
3 public safety
i cant find a way to uncheck these from the scanning of just conv freqs
what am i doing worng

Did you go into MENU, SEARCH FOR, EDIT SERVICE, select those three services, then give them a quick key that matches your conv freqs?
If you did then you need to turn off those quick keys.

Also, you didn't say if you were using software or programming the scanner manually.

thanks i could not un tick anythink in what i think i entered the period. as a quick key so i just locked both services out for now
i just uploaded proscan, trying to figure it out
way diff then win 500
and sentinal from what im use to doing

Press "MENU", go to "EDIT SERVICE SEARCH", scroll to the search in question and scroll to "search with scan" and select "{OFF"....Very easy by hand....
