I'm a new user to Radio Reference, live in Belmont Co. Ohio and I'm wondering how to figure out which unit numbers I here are from which city in Belmont Co.

Hopefully you have a digital scanner. Your county, even though it mixed analog and digital, uses Digital TGID's.
