Hi guys, I often Liston to the Westminster Colorado police scanner, it's now offline due to them upgrading to P25 scanner is what I'm reading


What are the reason for them upgrading to P25

Is there anyway I can Liston to their new scanner?

Don't know why they moved. That's a question for the Colorado state forum further down the forums page.
Two things to note: your city is on its own P-25, Phase II system. You'll have to wait until next year to get a Phase II scanner from Uniden. The least expensive is going for $500.
Your county is on the statewide system, and is Phase I. The new Uniden will hear the county also.
