My husband has his old Realistic Pro 41 which used to work great for us in Vermilion AB, about 17 years ago in the towing business. We have relocated to Regina and are having troubles finding and entering codes. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

For the city of Regina the Emergency services (Fire, Police, Ambulance etc.) are all on a P25 digital trunking system. Your 10 channel scanner from 20 years ago is not going to be able to hear any of this.

Unless there is a stream on the internet somewhere you are going to have to buy a new scanner if you want to listen in.

You can still save the old radio for analog stuff though, like Marine, Aircraft and some other stuff.
