These so far seem to still be analog in my area...and are simplex.... will keep watching for any new ones on the repeaters.
USFS Fire, and Work Crews here are rolling with Motorola Spectra Mobiles, and have what appear to be XTS HT's of some form... have not looked up close. I have not had a chance to check out the Rangers yet.
