Folks,

Version 3.0.9 has been released, which specifically fixes the Post Freeze Issue in Internet Explorer.

In addition, a new release version of 3.5.0 was made available this week as well, which significantly adds features and functionality to the forums.

I'll most likley be upgrading the forums to 3.0.9, then making the transition to the 3.5 series of software. I'll need to do some extensive testing of the 3.5 version to see what will be required to do the user registry integration with the rest of the site.

Just an FYI.

I take it that you haven't actually installed this new release yet? I just lost a detailed reply in my private messages folder because my browser locked up.

The current forum software version is listed at the bottom of every page, so you'll be able to tell when it is upgraded.

Write your post with the quote in the normal manner.

Before you post it highlight the whole post, including the quotation.

Then use your back button to get out of the post and paste you new post into the "Quick Replay" box.

All is well.
