I haven't really heard any further info on the progression of the system this year. The website hasn't been updated with info yet. In fact since you mentioned it in this post this is the first time I'm hearing about a site being built. The PDF That GTR posted above is the latest update. Honestly, I don't see anything happening until 2023 at least but that's just my opinion.

I saw a new tower and antennas went up in Dunwoodie Golf Course and the UHF trunked system has P25 Phase 1 and 2 emission designators added last year, otherwise I have not heard anything new
