New Win 10 install

I had this NooElec RTL SDR working with SDRConsole in my old Win 7 machine. Now i have a new Win 10 desktop I thot the new SDRConsole install went ok and also Zadig. Clicking on the V3 icon seems to normally start everything. The console seems to be all there except for the white noise floor and waterfall. I enter a vhf freq and it shows up on the receiver 1 window, click start and get a 1 second start circle but no signal or white noise shows in the pane and no waterfall. The dongle light is on and i have a good antenna connected.
Any help appreciated.

Sounds like your driver is not installed or installed correctly. Check to see if the driver is digitally signed. If it is not, there is an involved process for Win 10 to be able to install non-signed drivers. Look up on Google and you will find instructions.

I would check in control panel under Device Manager and see if your dongle is even showing up.

Just right click the file and run as admin.
Have PDW 3.1 running with sound input.
Have Unitrunker and dsd+ public
Just trying whatever program I can
with Windows 10. Seems to run ok but
I still like to use win7 and xp for different
apps
