Locations in system: All for Sawyer, Washburn, Barron, and Douglas Counties.

Not found in Database.

No transmission was heard, just a "Dead key", was hoping somebody knows what it is, or can attempt to figure this code out.

That talkgroup is in the range assigned to the Department of Military Affairs. Without inside information of the system we can't know what it's purpose is without hearing more activity on it.

FYI, since this is WISCOM related it really should have been posted in the WISCOM thread per OpSec's original request.
