Did anyone catch that story on CBS Evening News about New York Bureau of Investigation?
The story told of NYPD getting tired of the FBI's BS so they started there own intellgence Service. They was also the first to arrive in Madrid Spain to investigate the train bombing,show FBI agents leads and have field operations in London, Tokyo and I think they said Spain.
Chicago and LA are also looking into this "Can Do" attitude and are sending police officer to train in New York..
