Does anyone out there regularly listen to the subject matter agency?

I'll be traveling near the Ashokan Reservoir soon, and want to know what frequencies to listen to, and if there's ever any excitement.

Also, is there one frequency for the entire agency, or are there several (grouped by watershed area - Croton, Catskill, Delaware).

i hope this is correct. according to the new scanner master edition. waterfront commission of newyork harbor 154.800r operations pl 151.4 and 136.5 i have heard a lot of activity on this freq.

Nope, that's the agency responsible for docks along the waterfront in NYC.

Correct agency is NYC DEP (Department of Environmental Protection) Police. I believe low band frequencies are used upstate NY. Trying to confirm frequencies and CTCSS tones.

NYC DEP Police in the Sullivan Ulster and Delaware Counties are dispatched to complaints and run their datas through the local NYS Police barracks. not sure about the Troop C frequency (Delaware County), but Troop F is 155.535, 7F160, 7F161, 7F162, etc...

37.500 CSQ
47.960 CSQ

I've heard the NYC DEP Police (formerly Water Supply Police) use them in the Westchester County area so they may use them in other counties as well.
