Searching yesterday, I believe the new Terminal A RAMP FREQUENCY is 131.075. United appears to use 129.925 for Terminal A OPS.

Having a subscription to Jeppesen charts (not going to post screenshots because of their copyright) The gates on the north side of the building is 130.375 and the gates on the south side of the building is 131.075.
