Construction should begin later this month to convert the former community-based corrections facility into the Licking County Joint Communication Center, which will be in operation early next year.
The new center, located at the former Licking-Muskingum Community Correction Center, will include a new 250-foot transmission tower, connected to the statewide Multi-Agency Radio Communication System.
