NPD uses HT 1000 portable radios.

motorola stopped production a while back. anyone know what models they are planning to replace the radios with??

I cant say for sure what Newark has planned but the intended replacement for the HT1000 is the PR1500 or the MT1500. Both are 16 channel models conventional models. They use the same charger and speaker mic as the HT1000 but use the smaller battery seen on the XTS1500, HT1250 etc.
