Newark Police just had a shooting at 276 Lyons Avenue in Newark. One young black male shot once in each leg, and once in the arm.
Shooters fled in a early 2000's Black Chevy Impala, Newark pursued, lost the vehicle at Haynes Avenue and Route 1/9. NPD unsure whether the vehicle got onto 1/9 or not. BOLO put out on SPEN, Union County, and Union County municipal departments.
