Out of the 4th Precinct. Appropriately 14-16 shots fired from a older model Ford Explorer, color Green near 283-285 Morris Avenue in the 4th Precinct. No injuries/victims at this time. Witnesses reporting the perp pulled up at high speed, brandished two high caliber hand guns, fired 14-16 rounds in the air and toward the street. PD has an ID on the perp. Units are currently out with the witnesses around the corner on 14th Ave.
