Do any of you guy's know if the City of Newberg is running off a stand alone trunking system or are they piggy backing off WCCCA?

It's been a while since I've been down that way, but the last I remember, is that Newberg had their own 4 channel system that hits perfectly anywhere within the city limits of newberg, but one square inch out of the city and you lose it.
With the rest of yamhill county continuing the mpt1327 experiment, I'm not sure if that is still valid or not htough. I know there's history there.
THe database should have what was accurate a year 1/2 ago or so, the last time I was in that area and reconfirmed the stuff.

Thats what I thought!
I work on the other side of yamill county part time and can never seem to hear them no mater what car I'm assigned that night, and they all have different scanners in them.
If any one needs the new UHF line up or a list of who's on what freqs out there just drop me a PM. I't looks like right after the 1st of the year, the whole system is going to change again (OH BOY!)
