This is my 1st dig scanner,want to know how to program in
a new county,so far i have entered in new frequ for existing co when they rebanded
not sur where to start?

Edit: I just checked some of your other posts in the MN state thread, http://www.radioreference.com/forums/showthread.php?t=103157 It sounds like you got all the advice you need, and you reported it was working with the new freq's. If not, please explain your problem in more detail. I assume you are working on http://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?sid=3508, so I am not sure why you did not ask more questions in the ARMER rebanding thread.

what i am trying to do is manually program a new county washington co

Push menu>enter(E)>Program new system>(E)new system> and follow the prompts for adding freqs and channels
