Newbie in Essex County

Trying to get the Essex County Ontario feed running and don't seem to be having much luck.

It is probably something simple that I am not doing correctly. I can hear the scanner audio in my computer speakers, so I know that part is working.

I am not behind a router and I have configured the firewall wall.

any advice.

No errors at all, the software says connected
Encoder type is ogg flac
MP3 Lame will not connect just keeps making attempts to connect
