Newbie, looking for help with MA FreeScan config

Good Evening,

I'm new to radios in general, but I recently ordered a BCT15X and I'm attempting my first config using FreeScan. I've created 3 systems (Metro West, North Shore and Logan). I live in Shirley, but work in Billerica and would like to listen to Logan traffic as well when I feel like going for a ride.

I used the data in the database to the best of my ability, and I believe I have at least the metro west / north shore systems set up the way I like them, but I'm iffy on the trunk config for Logan.

Would anyone be able to sanity check this config?

I appreciate any help!

Looks like you need to assign a system quick key to the Logan site.

Thanks for the reply. As far as the config is concerned, I'm more worried about the basic setup of the trunked system as this is the first time I've built a config -- or so much as touched a scanner for that matter. I had thought I would need to declare the control channel frequency somewhere, but I couldn't find a setting for that in the site. I did enter the frequencies that I found in the database on the second tab, but I was under the impression the config for trunking was a bit more involved.

If the only thing I forgot was a quick key, I'll take it!

It should be noted that the Massport analog trunk system is no longer on the air, replaced by a P-25 trunk system. And living in Shirley you won't hear the Masport trunk anyway, you are too far away.
