Newbie needs help

Just bought a Uniden BC 780xlt and am trying to find a list (Sparks/Reno/Washoe Cty) to DL into the program so I don't have to program them in.
also; can I get lists with the alpha tags included?
Can anyone point me to where such lists can be found?

Not to be mean or anything, but it is always nice to program the frequencies in yourself at least once so you know how to do it. It was nice to know how to program trunking info into my pro-95 because i could plug in different city trunking systems that i had printed out when i moved from florida to nevada - i listened to all sorts of stuff. the computer program is nice and now that i know how to program these frequencies manually, i can use the computer program with comfort - not to mention that programming frequencies by hand is a big pain in the butt, especially when you have like 4 systems at 28 freq's.
