I have a whistler 1065 I sign up for the premium,, how do I get starter to down load my police fervency

To do the download, you will need programming software. For your scanner, you have a choice of ARC500, Win500, and PSREdit500. Some people have been having problems getting keys for Win500 and the site goes down quite often. There is a question if the author of the software is OK. Each has a free trial period. I use Butel ARC500 and am very satisfied with it. What is your city and county and what in particular would you like to monitor?

How do I download thing from Radioterence to my scanner

In ARC500, Click on the Internet tab and RadioReference Import. Enter your username and password and select what you want to download.

You should have had packed with the manual a "Start Here" guide. Step 3 of that guide gives you the links to two software vendors and how to set the unit up.
