Newbie Problem TRX-2

Hi All,

Presumedly I'm missing something obvious. Out of box TRX-2 seems to be stuck in 'phones' mode even though nothing is plugged into the headphone socket. So no sound unless I record and playback on the PC?

And if I plug headphones in also no sound.

Can anyone help a guy in need? Thanks

Check volume setting in General Tab of EZ Scan

Volume is set to 10 headphones and 10 speaker.

If it's out of the box then it's probably using an outdated firmware?
Update EZScan and firmware and DSP and try again.

Suggest you do what Ubbe suggested ASAP, if your still having this issue return it for a replacement. IMHO a warranty call would be after you get something working out of the box, not dealing with an issue from breaking a seal on the box. I would think part of an initial startup would be to make sure all software and firmware is up-to-date, but these newest scanners are a challenge (sometimes).
