newbie question: does not let me 'start a conversation' with someone selling an item on Classifieds.

Hello, just joined as I noticed there is an item I would (very much) like to purchase on Classifieds....

I am trying to contact the user to let them know, but it says I do not have permission to start a conversation with them.

What do I need to do?

Last time I checked we didn’t disclose that number. That’s to keep people from making useless posts just to get past moderation.
