Newbie here, so be gentle. I'm trying to decode the DMR signal for Calloway County (KY) Sheriff's Dispatch at 460.325MHz. I'm using SDR# and have DSD+ and VB Audio Cable installed. I'm tuned to the freq, I can hear the transmissions, and I show activity in the DSD+ screen. However, I don't hear any voices or see any further decoding of the data. Is this a trunked freq? I have filtering turned off. Any help would be appreciated.

It's not trunked. Looks to be conventional.

Decoding error rate in DSD+ is far too high. Is audio filtering disabled in SDR?

IMO, you'd be better off using FMP instead of SDR#; there's far less to go wrong.

Move your volume slider at the top to almost all the way over to the Left. If I have mine up too high I get lots of errors.
