I'm looking to get a SDR Dongle for use with DSD+ and DMR Decode. My main interest at this time is finding the dmr radio information (slot, cc, TG id). Noticed a few different ones on Amazon ranging from $12 to $40 and would like to here some recommendations for one that's easy to use and will do what I want. Have no experience with them. Thanks for your recommendations.

Using a Pro 197 and Pro 96 scanners with Windows 10, Unitrunker works great with them.

I would go with the R820T2. That would be the one in the light blue case.
Keep in mind that you will need an MCX to SMA adapter, which can be found at nooelec.com, for example. You then need to adapt that to your existing antenna connection, if you already have something set up. I would also get a USB extension cable if you are not running a hub. It is best to get the dongle away from the computer as much as possible to minimize noise/interference.
They are all equal as far as ease of use. There is a little bit of a learning curve, so some research and careful reading is in order. Of course, people will help here on the forum as well.
Just stay with the RTL2832U and R820T2 chip combination and you'll be on the right track.

I just bought one of these.
They are upgraded slightly without getting expensive.
The SMA jack alone was worth it to me.

For more info goto:

Buy RTL-SDR Dongles (RTL2832U) - rtl-sdr.com

That site will give you a much better idea of what you want to look for in a dongle.
