So now Newcastle is using their old freq of 152.1800, CC4, as the Police/Fire Dispatch. Police on Slot 1, Fire on Slot 2.

I’m about 15 miles from Newcastle. I’m picking up the same traffic on 155.1000 as 154.1825. I really don’t think I’m picking up the input freq to the repeater but what else could it be? Hearing radio service tests on 1825 as well. Last night I was picking up PD and Fire on 152.1800.

According to FCC Callsign WPQC998 (NEWCASTLE, CITY OF) 155.1, 154.1825 and 155.6175 are repeater outputs. If the FCC data is correct in real life then they have two sites patched or a DMR talkgroup IP connected to two or more sites.

The info in the DB currently is what is used after their tower went down from the ice. They have since added new antennas to their water towers. Our agency is waiting to see what frequencies they decide to stay on before we change them in our own radios. i would hold off on submissions for now if i were you.

I have noticed PD keeps advising their units that she will have to switch to CH2 to page fire. Leaves me to believe that things will still change. Not submitting anything on my end at this time. Still hearing radio tests as well. Also caught a new TG too.
