Nice to see older gear still being used. Still rock my old Pro-2006 as well, with only a couple of mods that no longer do much (cell phones went digital, but analog meant fun times - I lived in apartments at that time in my life). Never did pick up any Pro-2004's though, every one I have seen has had a busted keypad, someone who used their finger nails to push keys. Also use the Pro-2005 and Pro-2032's a lot near airports, come in handy for aircraft traffic.

Like the simplicity of the Midland 13-909 as well, but do not own one. \

Also have a Weather Radio 12-250 as well that is still used at work, comes in handy when weather events and transmissions are sent out.

Nice listening post.

id be all old gear if i could but some of the freqs around me are so close the bleed over IE 151.175 bleeds into 151.19 so to listen to the .19 it had to be in a radio that has PL plus some of them i have rebought as i used to have them ... if i knew then what i know now (the 2067 was first PL/DPL Radio) i wouldnt have ever sold mine as that was in perfect condition ... i wouldnt believe how people just let their radios get covered in everything.... PS the 13-909 is LOUD it will for sure wake you up for a alert and the sound out of its 16.. or was it 32 ohm speaker is just perfect well worth it if you find one on ebay WITH CORD as its a funky headphone jack
