Does anybody know the frequencies for newington PD and if there convential or digital.

Check the CT DATABASE in the Hartford section. The trunk groups are at the top. You can get the PD still without a trunker. Just load all the trunked frequencies in a bank by themselves and each and everyday L/O the control channel and unlock the one (CONTROL CHANNEL) you locked previously if the control channle changes FREQUENCY. Not the best way; but you can still monitor it so so.

Also let me add that you should just monitor that bank so the speed of the scan improves and you dont miss much communications. I used this method for monitoring New Britain until I got my Pro-97.
