Anybody have any experience with these guys? Need to get a (very) simple repair made to my Pro-95, and am not confident in my own soldering skills. Opened up my scanner, and its literally one connection that has to be soldered (can be seen in this thread Radio Shack Pro-95 and other handheld scanner antenna problems). Looking to use these guys since they are the closest scanner shop to my home. Have passed the store a million times, but have never been in, so looking to see if anybody could give it any review (abilities, service, prices, etc)? Thanks in advance.

Yes, I highly recommended these guys! I needed a new BNC connector to my scanner replaced, and they did it in 3 hours and the price was around $40 for me. And the craftsmanship was far more superior than that of the factory.

I've used them for new purchases, antenna work, and some professional 2-way work, and have been very satisfied. I haven't taken any scanner repairs to them yet myself.

They have been around for ages and I can recommend them. I remember buying Scannermaster frequency guides from there in the late 80's

Thanks guys, can always rely on this site for good info. Looks like I'll be making a trip over there sometime in the next few days.

Thanks again guys, took the scanner there today, and I would recommend this place to anyone if they ever need repairs. Did quality work, and was very cheap and quick, can't ask for anything better.

WOW!, A blast from the past. I used them several times about 25+ years ago.when I lived in Old Bridge :)
Yu have to figure if they are still around they must be doing something right.
