I'm doing this from memory (mine, not the scanner's!), so be kind if I'm not right; MetroScan--traffic service to much of New Orleans area media-- (but not all) uses:
450.350 - reports from the airplane, and comms between the plane and base
455.450 - comms between base and mobile units, and DTMF control of remote cameras; used extensively during Mardi Gras for parade progress reports
In addition, they USED to use various RPU "splinter" frequencies to feed reports directly to certain radio stations, but I don't know if they're still doing that or not; a search between 450 - 451 MHz and 455 - 456 MHz during morning or afternoon drive time could reveal more.
BTW, if you do such a search, you'll notice annoying warble-deedle sounds at the edges of the UHF RPU bands; that's transmitter monitoring telemetry for various stations.
Mark--Still need to get with you and compare notes sometime!
Regards,
