It's been a while since we heard the control channels on the air. Recently I noticed NCPD patrol officers began carrying XTS2500 radios. Does anyone have news on whether the Nassau County P25 system is still going forward and if so, any timeline on when it will be online?

I, and others on my site, have been following the new system pretty closely. I have a PRO-2096 dedicated to just logging the system with pro96com software.
The control channels are now rotating.
