After doing some scanning in Newton County I have learned the following:
The MSWIN is all that is used for the Sheriffs Office
90% of the hits on the NC-SO TG's are TDMA/Phase II
Hickory PD uses the Sheriffs Office Dispatch TG as their dispatch also
The MSWIN Countywide Fire TG has not had any traffic on it in a week, same for Fire ground 1, and county EMS.
