After reading the thread about WinDSD created by Eric Cotrell in the software forum, I thought I'd give it a shot and try it out.

It was easy to find the MBC system off of the CN Tower and I was able to log some details.
Clear voice decodes on NEXEDGE and DMR also.

I havent found a program that decodes control channel data (user ID's etc) like unitrunker does...theres not one out yet is there? Just unencrypted audio decoding.

From the screenshots of the upcoming DSD+ release it has comprehensive NEXEDGE decoding as well.

The RR DB record doesn't distinguish between Nexedge 4.8k and 9.6k. The latter do
exist. Exelradio in Gatineau is starting up a 9.6k VHF system, converting several
existing conventional repeaters. By TAFL the MBC system looks to be 4.8k as BW is 4kHz.
