i live in Orange County, IN and they have started using the NEXEDGE system, I have talked with others about this and they told me to download A program that runs a decoder through my computer but I don't understand how to even download the software let alone use it. there is a download page with abot 5-6 downloads on it and well, if someone could explain this to me I would apperciate it. By the way I have a PSR-800 scanner.
