NextCom Carmack Roads

Happy New Year all !!
Question: Before Xmas I was able to hear CarMack Road/Maintenance dept. in Calgary on the NextCOM system , but since after Xmas/New Year I have not heard any transmission, wondering if anyone knows what happen to them did they change radios system ? They have/had three channels Deerfoot/Stoney / Chat channel.

Maybe PTT over Cellular? I know Carillion(Now Emcon) was/is using it
