I can't pick it up this far north, but you might want to try DSD - http://wiki.radioreference.com/index.php/Digital_Speech_Decoder_(software_package) - which now has a Windows port as well as the original Linux code. The doc indicates that it'll decode NXDN.

It'll need a disc tap on your radio to feed your computer's sound card for the software to decode it (any scanner with a disc tap that will pick up the signal is good since the decode isn't being done on the scanner).

I am interested in what you said about their now being a Windows based DSD software program !
Lot's of folks here run DSD on Linux in SATX where we are in No-Voice land ;)
Do you think that link worked and someone tQQk it down ?

I have NXDN radios, but they're all VHF.
