Why are there so many SMR 800 MHz frequencies licensed to Nextel in Sheboygan County? I counted 180 frequencies and put them into the scanner but haven't heard anything except for one group of 5 frequencies which have what sounds like LTR data bursts and morse code ID's but no voice traffic.
