I was visiting the Lewiston area in July 2021 and had my scanner recording the entire time. While listening to what was recorded, I heard reference to the "car-to-car digital" channel. There is a channel listed for that in the database (465.2 MHz) and my scanner stopped on this frequency multiple times but nothing was heard. My scanner is capable of decoding P25 and P25 Phase 2 as well as DMR but there is no audio recorded on this channel so I'm not sure what digital format they're using. It may be encrypted. My scanner won't put out any audio for an encrypted transmission.
