Not sure if my P25 signal is weak or of NHSP F troop is using encryption on the "M" repeater site. FYI monitoring with a XTL5000 and it's coming in like its encrypted (mobiles talking to dispatch-dispatch is loud and clear) Anybody else experiencing this?

Yes, they are encryption-capable on all their channels. It is used at the Trooper's discretion.

Yes im getting that here in Maine too
