NH TSA frequencies?

Are you simply quoting the national channel plan, or do you have any first hand knowledge that they use any of those frequencies?
I've monitored 172.90 (active at Logan) and have heard nothing .. unless they are using simplex only

They have been confirmed at numerous airports around the country by a variety of people. Some airports are reported using repeaters while some are simplex.

At 99% of the airports I have been through, I have confirmed the TSA on 172.1500 MHz or 172.9000 Mhz. Some use repeaters, some are simplex. Keep in mind that in most locations, they just don't talk that much!

I know its an old post but for those who dont know "Manchester-Boston" Airport has a Security Contract with Londonderry Police and becasue it isint an international Airport i dont think they use Customs, But has any one herd Any activity on the TSA Freqs, and BTW Federal Protective Police is usuing 417.2000 (P-25) For Security Of Federal Buildings, this Freq is also used in Concord and Boston.

From 2 friends that are TSA in MAnchester, they do not use radios.

TSA is basically just bagage checkers, realy nothing more. If anyone is interested, they are hiring.

Now that's not nice. They do however carry radios but very rarely talk on them. It seems like the supervisors have them on their belt.

The airport was before designated an International Airport as they were receiving flights from Canada. They had a small customs office where those flights were dealt with. I don't know if those flights still exist, and if not, whether the International designation is allowed to remain. Customs didn't use radio because they were all next to each other. Not sure if TSA was involved w/any of that.

The FPS 417.200 is an interesting frequency to monitor as it appears to be simulcast over a very wide area. When they do radio checks, I can hear them in Concord talking to units in Boston, Manchester, Fitchburg, Burlington, Vt, Hartford, Ct and Providence, RI. Sometimes it's the Boston Dispatcher and sometimes it's the "Philadelphia Super Center".

Reminds me, I gotta bring the kids down sometime to watch the planes (and do some scannering).

I'm thinking there is a Portsmouth NH or Mt Aggie [ME] Repeater as units sign on for Portsmouth Routinely. Assuming they handle the DoS Passport Processing facility. Don't see anything else for them, as PNSY would be Navy and Pease would be Air Force

IIRC, the "International" designation was (and perhaps still is??) provided to land freight directly from non-US locations. At one time, there was quite a bit, or so I was told by the then airport manager (but that was quite a while ago... before the new parking garage was built, even).

I've seen this designator for other such as Hanscom, were you need to Advise Customs
in advance to have an Officer there to process the Aircraft.
