NHP - Las Vegas

Can someone confirm the area assignments for NHP in Las Vegas. I was working with NHP a couple years ago and they only had LV-1 (which was Las Vegas "north"), LV-2 (which was "south") and LV-3 (which was rural areas). But now with LV-4 added it sounds like this is the set-up:

LV-1: All US95 from BC to Kyle Cyn
LV-2: All I-15 from St. Rose to Raceway area
LV-3: 215 Beltway
LV-4: Rural

Can anyone confirm those?

Just heard a UHP officer call out a traffic stop -- NB I-15 at mile marker 24 -- on the LV-4 channel, so that sounds good, though I also hear LV-3 activity affiliating with the Utah Hill (Utah) trunked site.

Has anyone been able to pick-up a LV-4 Tac (car-to-car) freq yet? RR doesn't list one and I'm sure they must have it.

And as for the towers, I've had to delete all the locations except Las Vegas, Rio and I-15/95 because my Home Patrol is taking too long to scan through all of them and I was missing too many calls. Now I hear them just fine and don't appear to be missing anything. Has anyone else had previous experience like that?

I have picked up all 4 of the LV talkgroups, including TAC. They do not always use the same TG for a given area. On one of my trips, I actually heard the dispatcher tell everyone (they were on LV-2) to switch to LV-3. This was for units from AZ border to Moapa area. Not sure why, but I heard this as it happened earlier in the summer. I'll be rolling into town again Thursday from Mesquite side I-15.
