What Frequencies do the NHP use on I-80 from Wyoming border to Iowa border? Are they Conventional or Digital? Going thru there in May.

From the Wyo border the system is trunked digital to Ogallala and in full use, it could be digital past North Platte by when you are going. As many times as I use I-80 NSP is one group you don't hear a lot of traffic from. On the analog side you will only hear the mobiles with in five miles. Use the RR data base; happy programming and a safe drive.

Troop D, Troop C, Troop HQ and Troop A still use low band, frequencies found in the database.
Troop E (panhandle) uses the N-WIN P25 trunking system .
Program the N-WIN sites to receive the NSP. The ORION site are for the Douglas county/OPPD system.
