NHPD - Signal Strength

Within the past 48 or so hours, signal strength for NHPD (all channels) is close to -0-. Reception when received fades in and out.
Technical info.: I have (among others) a DIamond D130NJ Discone which I have used for inter alia, NHPD. For NHPD reception it's:
BCD996P2, TrunkTracker III, and a single channel Motorola Monitor Receiver (remember them?) for 460.450. I'm located near the junction of #63 AND #67 in Woodbridge. All other departments on every frequency and mode come banging in loud and clear.

SO HERE'S the 64K Question: Is it atmosphere conditions? My location? Or is NH engaging in some type of undertaking relating to their signal?

Whatever it presently may be, it's always a 141 to a varying degree...even within the geographical confines of New Haven.

My Broadcastify feed for NHPD has been solid, But it has line of sight to the transmitter, so it rarely has issues
