Hi all,
I monitor NHSP and on Troop D I hear something to the effect of IPOC. Any idea what that is?

I forget what "IPOC" stands for. But it's the NH Homeland Security, Emergency Management, EOC, Communications Center, Fire Marshals facility across from the Fire Academy down off Route-106.
